1。先看看我的测试平台：）
一片至强CPU的散热片上，导热胶粘一枚LS SWOJW 3W LED。用1节14500供电。

2。F2.8 依次为：老3W杯；27MM橘皮-光面杯；32MM橘皮-光面杯；35MM橘皮-光面杯

3。减暴光量，依次为：老3W杯；27MM橘皮-光面杯；32MM橘皮-光面杯；35MM橘皮-光面杯

对于橘皮-光面混合反光杯的个人体会：
1，过度比纯光面好，中心亮斑与泛光之间的过度比较均匀，
2，曲线设计不错，聚光性能良好
3，泛光比纯光面丰富，实用效果不错
缺点：
1，工艺不太到位，我收到的杯子有4个的镀层鼓起，用气球一吹就纷纷脱落，如果是成品质量，这样就不合格了。
2，表面光洁度待提高，和老3W的光面杯子比较，反光效率有差距，证明光洁度不及老3W。
混合设计对LED的反光是个好的尝试，希望更上一层楼。

小不，你的老3W杯子正好做了测试标准啦，呵呵。
另外，我也找不到能装35MM的身子，32MM的打磨一下开口部分的外径应该能装进大头3W。

的确，老3W的杯子并不完美，能做更好的，但更深更大又何尝不是聚光的不二法门呢，呵呵。

这地批的光杯不理想!主要是由两个方面.
1:做模时由于考虑不周,在注塑时粘模.没有办法只好打了脱模剂.所以在镀膜时出现峰兄所提及的问题!
2:模具抛光的光洁度还不够理想!!!
****新模预计这次试模OK后将再次提供有:27MM /25MM/20MM/18MM进行测试!!
