数据库服务器问题

Similar error report has been dispatched to administrator before.

问题分析：
数据库服务器问题，数据库操作无法创建新线程。一般是有以下两个方面的原因：
1、MySQL 线程开得太多。
2、服务器系统内存溢出。
3、环境软件损坏或系统损坏。
