今天无聊，DIY一个挺结实的635nm@1mW

今天下午去了趟我们这的电子市场，一不小心碰到个卖激光头的，问了问，是可见光，<a href="http://www.shoudian.org/mailt635nm@1mW" target="_blank" >635nm@1mW</A>的才5元一个，敢情比GP的灯珠还便宜，顺手买了几个。
就是这样的裸体灯头一个

本来试了下一次放三个在万用板上，效果不好，角度自己调不好。
那就只有退而求其次了，家中不是还有一些做工程时用的音响插头嘛，俗成卡侬头的东西，这里可能熟悉的人不多，看图。

一公一母，可以很紧密的联系在一起，就像这样。

激光头拿上去一比画，哟呵，成了！尺寸刚合适，赶紧把激光头串了只10欧姆的电阻做简单限流，装了进去。

今天买的电池盒，和另一个插头焊上。

因为这东西要求2.4V的电压，赶紧找来两节镍氢电池伺候着。

差不多了，所有东西接到一起，一次点亮！嘿嘿，你别说，还真挺结实，要是把线再换成耐拉扯的话筒线，呵呵，我可不想去动用那几十块一米而且加工暴难的话筒线。。。
做完后就是这个样子，自己感觉手工还算过的去，就是。。。下次得找功率大点的管子，害我抽一晚上烟也没见上几眼光柱。

成本核算：
激光头：5元
卡侬头*2只：4.5元
电池盒：1元
总成本不过10元多一点，如果能找到更大功率的管子，那么这个低成本的东西还能继续升级，因为“筒身”本来就是接插件，如果以后需要不同的功能，只需要更换对应的插头即可，现在想想还是挺方便的。
PS：虽然只花了10元，但也拥有了现在流行的可换灯头功能，不过。。。这个功能还是当笑话来讲吧

楼主的动手能力很强，但1mW的完全可以用一节7号LI电装在筒中，免得外挂个电池盒不美观也不方便

楼主能不能帮我买个呀，我前几天在改造我的6+1手电筒时不小心给弄烧了，如果能行的话就太感谢了！另外麻烦您量一下具体的外形尺寸，外型我看跟我的一样。

话筒上的是卡侬头，BNC头不是，多用于射频接头，如对讲机上的天线。
