今天把晶体盖(Nd:YVO4+KTP)和808nm的LD拿去水洗了,没什么事情....<br><br>不过好了没几分钟,倒霉的事情来了,我将一个黑色手电拉绳非常近距离的放到出光口(距离3毫米左右),拉绳迅速冒烟,等我将接绳取下的时候,发现光柱很弱,光斑也有些扩散,50mW完全变成了10mW左右。<br><br>看样子是由于近距离烧烤东西导致LD管无法散热,导致808nm的LD管迅速老化!!<br>(我这个属于前者808nm的LD管老化)<br><br><FONT color=#ff0000 size=5><STRONG>所以大家以后在玩绿光(特别是功率大于10mW的)的时候,千万不要将物体放到出激光出瞳口上,否则将会导致热量无法散发,迅速导致LD管或晶体老化及损坏!!!</STRONG></FONT>

<P><br><br>笔式的功率比较小,而且从LD到透镜有一段距离,所以将东西堵在出光口没什么问题,不过时间最好不要太长了,有短寿的可能。我这个老化的原因主要是我将透镜都取下了(透镜到LD的距离有5-8厘米左右),将物体直接放到LD上面烧,几乎只有3-5毫米的距离,所以LD很快就因为过热老化了。。<br><br>还有10mw左右的绿光输出,我还是留着自己研究好了,呵呵:)主要是想把电路搞出来,然后再购一套改成便携的。</P>

<P>慰问一下。不知道这个808功率是多大的?是否测量了通过这管子的实际电流?这种封装应该是C-type,可以找一个换上。</P>
<P>我以前的一个5mW被调成了40mW,非常好,但由于管角旋转松动,把那个细线(只有一根、不是三根)扯断了!</P>

808nm的管子估计是200mw左右的,经过晶体转换后出来的绿光45mw左右,KTP+Nd:YVO4晶体的转换效率可能是20%-25%左右,如果效率没这么高的话,那么808nm的管子很有可能是500mw的功率。<br><br>手头上没有万用表啊,这几天有空了去买一块...<br>

关键是在
