公司那边已经给Fenix L1申请专利了，不过如果只是DIY的东西，比较像到也没所谓了

其实少量的DIY的东西给坛里烧友玩玩，就算结构和外观是一样的也无所谓。只是如果是正式的批量商品，就会涉及商标和专利这些问题。Fenix L1 2.0出的时候，公司那边就已经去注册了商标和专利，还有一个很重要的目的就是防止老外反过来咬一口。这种事情也不少了，中国企业做出来东西反而被老外抢注并且控告侵权，不得不学会自我保护。

<P>电镀成镁光2D那种枪灰色.效果很不错的说.开关移到尾盖上.</P>
<P>在外形上还需要加油啊.做成有自己特色的工业设计.</P>
