我这青岛了联通（网通）的ADSL，经常出现无法论坛，断开路由猫再连就好了。后来发现只要BT下载，而下载软件开了UPNP支持就出现这种情况。

原来服务器挪美国去了，难怪今天忽然变这么慢，
