这是后段的图。不知道能不能加工出来。<BR> 看了一遍,加工出來應該是沒有問題的呵呵,把你的圖改了少許給你一點建議
筒身尾部,中心部分凸出小許可讓負極有較好接觸
可以用14mm中空的"0鑼"刀做出來,厚度1mm比較易做,0.5mm的話可不易
要考考舵主功力了.
另外也改了前部份一點,較易加工,也可堅硬一點,
可是我不知你原本的用意.所以只是給參考參考吧

很好的建议。我的原图放O型环处只有0。5可能太薄了，强度不够（当时只想一味的减轻重量。）其实加到1也不会增加多少重量的。
你说的（14mm中空的"0鑼"刀）是不是铣刀？这个我找不到。原想后半部负极安个
弹簧，后来不好固定。只能把他安到正极了。
想了个办法，车个14的凹面插入尾端，用尾坐钻夹头来顶，中间放颗钢珠。也就是把尾面顶凹0。5，这样可能就很好接触负极了。
今下午逃了两节课，找朋友车了下。牙没车好。自己上还有孔未打，看明天车得完不。。。现在开床子是违反规定的，还要防着领导，搞得好紧张。
我之前也是走了很多課,才攪得完,呵呵
是違規的? ...聽來真的很緊張 :)
其實本身設計已經很好,0.5mm也是可以的,但雖要小心一點和用多一點時間
我指的那把刀,平時不是用在車床上的.沒有那刀不要緊
用彈簧還有一個簡單而且很好方法
把彈簧外環調到比內徑大一點, 依靠彈簧的回彈力
就可得固定,而且接觸良好.
我試過怎樣搖動,彈簧也不會動.

非常电筒兄，为什么一定要尾盖开关，按照我的想法，后段是做成fb1a的形状，一体完全密封，结合部位在整个电筒的中部靠灯头一点，这样做的话，整个电筒一共只需要加工3个配件，而且防水性能会很大提高 站长。可能我没说清楚。我的想法就是分两段。整个电筒只在中有一接口。头部还没有图。主要是DD未到。 就是这个样子。有点粗糙，呵呵。<BR> <BR> 不锈钢？那要多沉：） 是不锈钢18-8。 不重手感2个和一个三洋2300差不多。 做得非常好,用不锈鋼,可不用電鍍了 表面好像有点粗糙.看起来好像还是batwing917做的比较漂亮. 大小看起来很合适,刚买一个一个电池的小神火,觉得比较奇怪,那么小个电池怎么做出那么粗的筒身. <BR>..LED到了 头重脚轻呀：）

s2K那儿。
没半法。用不锈钢只能这样了。壁厚很薄。没有太多的设计空间。LED的光色很白。
1W发热量很大。不锈钢传热太差（是砾合金的1/10不到）把LED装进去看能不能上1W。不行的话只好降点。0。9 0。8W看看了，
如果用18650，那就上下一样粗了，多好！ 可惜我买led的时候s2k没透镜，这次从led那里买的，估计还在美国境内，呵呵
你不会是用的管材吧，不锈钢棒材应该好找的，壁厚最好不要少于1mm，我做的那个2 aaa的，壁厚1。75，还是很烫，因为不锈钢传热太差了
