自制数显稳压电塬
<p>喜欢手电DIY,常要测试手电,用电池实测的话,电压电流变化较大,且需多块损耗小(如线损)的数字万用表。这时可调的稳压电源就有优势了,可以调出1.000V、1.100V至1.300V等电压来模拟镍氢电池的各工作段,并且电源自己直接正确显示出输出电流。当然电压必需采用PCB两瑞实测的值。而且我有许多小电器,以及维修都需要一台小型可调的稳压电源。</p><p>所以自制了一台小型数显可调电源∶</p><p>采用LM317T的0-12V连续可调;采用7107的3 1/2位数显表头(电压20V电流2A两档测量切挨);317前输入电压7V、14V继电器自动切换(减轻317负担);317自身具有过温过流保护,最大平均输出1.5A,如需大电流请选LM317KCP。</p><p>50元在电子市场收了5个坏温控器,用里面的ICL7107表头及外壳,?还有多圈线绕电位器。 </p><p> </p><p> </p><br /><br />[此帖子已经被作者于1178033269编辑过] <p>完工后的外观图</p><br />[此帖子已经被作者于1178031526编辑过] <p>完成后的看不见</p> 不错,要顶。最近也琢磨着想自己做个电源。可惜对IC不太清楚,请问楼主LM317是否就是原来的W117、W317三端可调稳压块之类? <p>嗯,W317是国产的。LM317T很容易买到的。</p><p>内部图,活有点粗,但很可靠的,主回路用优质多股粗导线,表头输入信号线采用屏蔽线,一点接地,自绕环型变压器(电流互感器加矽带再加厚一根矽带),空载电流4mA,次级快碰电光啪啪响,比EI型强。</p>http://img700.photo.163.com/sj117/73136120/2372725779.jpg 用稳压IC效率太低了,我也有个DIY的电源,是用DCDC模块的型号是FW250R1加IBM的1U电源(37V8A)加20A电流表(精确到00.1),三位半电压表(精确到00.1),多圈精密电位器,整体效率约90%,0-25V,0-9A可调 <div class="quote"><b>以下是引用<i>熊熊无敌</i>在2006-11-7 14:39:39的发言:</b><br/>用稳笽C效率太低了,我也有个DIY的电源,是用DCDC模块的型号是FW250R1加IBM的1U电源(37V8A)加20A电流表(精确到00.1),三位半电压表(精确到00.1),多圈精密电位器,整体效率约90%,0-25V,0-9A可调</div><p>220V市电供电,几瓦的东西你还考虑效率?应该考虑的是317的最大耗散功率,再说我的电源有电压比较器和继电器自动跟踪切换输入端电压,317负担轻,效率高。</p><p>你的0-25V电源如果不加电压比较器和继电器进行输入电压的自动切换,效率最低时10%都达不到。而且我把三位半电流表量程定为2A(根据自己的使用负载情况而定),分辨率比20A高,达到1mA,采样电阻0.100欧姆。电位器选多圈线绕WXD3-13,精密不精密无所谓</p>[此贴子已经被作者于2006-11-7 17:11:46编辑过]

呵呵,都是高手。我也觉得试验用的电源还是线性的好。接近蓄电池的效果。小功率区区一点损耗,微不足道。且造价低廉,性能从供电质量来说,只会更好。
