我的小美改装方案（无需额外配件）

一直就想把自己的小美改装，可惜没有合适的电池，前段时间从sysmax那里弄到了aaa尺寸的锂电，于是开始了改装的过程，其实有很多朋友已经成功的改造了小美，不过需要加工个额外的配件，并不是很方便，我就将我的改装过程拿出来给大家分享，这个改装是不需要额外的配件的，非常简单，完成整个过程只需要一把锉刀，一把小刀或钟表起子，一根钻头（5.5或者6mm）。
下面以图示说明改装过程。
这是所有的配件：

首先，要将原装的开关取下来：这里用一把小刀或者钟表起子在灯头一端插入那个带双孔的塑料片底下将塑料片翘起，分离开关的两部分，就是图中箭头所指的部位（我拆的时候没留照片，现在没法拍了，结合开关的结构图，我想大家应该能明白我在说什么）

开关取下后就是将筒身缩短，这里用锉刀，仍然是上图，上图是已经完成的效果，这里去掉的长度要看led改造时候的总厚度，可以边锉边试验，直到灯头能够旋到底为止，我在这里是用的车床，锉刀完全可以做到，我将多余部分去掉以后，基本上已经快到中间那个台阶，可能去掉了接近2mm的厚度。
下面是改造反光碗，利用一根钻头将塑料反光碗的内孔扩大，直至led可以轻松放进去不会卡住，在这里需要耐心一些，尽量用手而不要使用电钻，因为电钻不好掌握，实在不行可以使用由细到粗的钻头逐渐扩大孔径。

接下来改装那个开关组件，需要改装的为上半部分，用锉刀（或者砂纸）将顶部凸起的那一部分磨掉，大约有1mm左右的厚度，然后可以将两个部分安装起来，装回筒身即可，下面是改装后的图：

这样电筒的改装就完成，下面改装led，将led从底板上取下（先分离引脚，然后用一个薄的刀片插入led的底部，缓慢用力，直至分离led为止，此过程要心细，不可急于求成），然后将led的两个引脚向下折在上面焊接2个引脚（找个电阻剪下来就可以），然后在2个引脚和led之间垫一层绝缘物避免引脚短路，我是用的是一张纸。
下面是led改装后效果图：

然后仍然是找一个绝缘片，中间开一个小孔，将改装后的led引脚插入，然后就可以装入改装好的筒身，这样改装就完成了，下面是安装好的图：

最后将整个手电连接起来，装上电池就可以用了，插入led的时候需要注意正负极，插反了不亮，倒过来即可。
这里要特别注意的是那两个绝缘片一定要安排妥当，否则引起短路会使电池爆炸的。

这是用的1w led，如果用3w或者可能长时间使用，需要在led的底部加入一些导热脂加强散热。

呵呵这样是可以，就是散热不好啊，怕时间长了，led会烧的，我把开关改成铜芯的，点2，3分钟筒身就很热的

1W的比3W的应该好点，不过发热也很厉害的，看ARC LSHP上的警示就可见一斑。

1W的不比3W的，直接接锂电有烧毁的可能因为我试过一个1W的串一个二极管还有100多MA电流，不敢直接接上去

没事的，因为电池容量小，可以提供的电流也有限，接上led以后电压迅速下降的，我正在给电池充电，等充满了测试一下到底有多大功率。

滇池充满了，刚充好电压4.12v，这个是我的充电器的截止电压。接入电筒以后，电流由400ma迅速下降到380ma左右稍微稳定但仍在下降，电压瞬间降到3.4v左右，功率在1.3w左右，估计几分钟之内功率就会下降到1w以下，总的点亮时间可能不会超过1小时，如果是3w的话，会更差。发热情况，3分钟在手中，温暖，不算热，led用手摸不烫手，应该还可以，没更长时间点亮。

刚才试验了一下长时间点亮，3分钟的时候筒身温暖，led嘴唇感觉比较热，5分钟后筒身温度明显升高，led嘴唇感觉烫，8分钟后筒身已经很热，led嘴唇感觉很烫，无法忍受超过3秒钟，到这里就关掉了，呵呵，怕烧坏led，实际使用中用到这么久的时间不多，用这么久的话，就用随身带得kl1了。

这就正说明了LED的热量无法通过筒身传导出来。这个东西自己玩还是不错的，支持老大。不过要是Sysmax拿来卖就不敢这样做了，呵呵：）
