好玩的又来啦，MAX6341、MAX6350基准电路
本帖最后由 xll 于 2009-7-16 18:04 编辑搞个这东西用来校表不错，超低温飘1ppm/°C、低噪声、+2.5V/+4.096V/+5V电压基准。
SO8封装，不算难焊。电路也简单就一个IC外加3个电容搞定。

The MAX6325/MAX6341/MAX6350 are low-noise, precision voltage references with extremely low, 0.5ppm/°C typical temperature coefficients and excellent, ±0.02% initial accuracy. These devices feature buried-zener technology for lowest noise performance. Load-regulation specifications are guaranteed for source and sink currents up to 15mA. Excellent line and load regulation and low output impedance at high frequencies make them ideal for high-resolution data-conversion systems up to 16 bits.
The MAX6325 is set for a 2.500V output, the MAX6341 is set for a 4.096V output, and the MAX6350 is set for a 5.000V output. All three provide for the option of external trimming and noise reduction.

搞了个PCB，方便大家热转印。带电位器微调功能，板子大小2.3*2.2cm。
就是供电要求是10V的，有稳压可调电源的朋友可以试试，我觉得最好用电池供电，可以用9V层叠电池。

电容都不加个？ 不加也行。反正校3位半的表足够了。校一年前70c准确的显示4096mv 这是我做的，max6341的ic：

电池吧··3串锂？反正不用24小时都上电的吧？ 焊好啦一个6340，用UT56测得4.094V，看来这个表也不是很准啊{:1_257:}。
用我的垃圾3位半表测4.08V{:1_250:} 电源可以把左边的2芯直接插在外径5.5的插头里面，下面是负上面是正。留有电容焊盘，左边和右边都有，可焊0805的mlcc，不过没有焊上而已。 按照datasheet，2个2.2u的电容就可以了。
为啥有3个电容和一个电阻呢？
电容用CBB的可以么？
