<p>禧玛诺的车灯，原来是配自发电车鼓的，6V2.4W，车上装两个灯，其中一个改变灯泡位置，做为近光灯，另一个做远光灯。原接线是两个插线，我改成小插头，且朝下，用密封胶封死，防雨。<br/>

<br/><br/><font size="3">打算做“过放电保护”的一个关键零件买不到，耗了两三周，最后放弃，后来也觉得没必要，现在的电池宽容度大，不会太骄嫩，整个电池组也不贵，没电时记得关就行了，太完备也没有必要，退一步海阔天空，要不然还耗在里面。后来用指示灯弥补了这个功能。电路不复杂，电路板用了万能电路板来搭接，充电器电路也是，电路就不贴图了。电量指示电路用了电压基准管及四运放等，用了蓝、 绿、橙、红四个高亮度发光二极管。<br/></font>

<br/><br/><font size="3">亮度高上楼梯足可以照路，满电时全亮，随着使用电压下降依次熄灭，蓝灯代表满电，绿灯还有2/3电、 </font><font size="3">橙灯还有1/3、红灯设为最低使用电压，如不亮说明已到放电极限，当然显示只是粗略的。为了防水， </font><font size="3">电量指示不用开关或按键，想了一个办法用了一个水银开关，</font><font size="3">装</font><font size="3">在里面，车子跑时总是会震动的，把水银开关调一个合适的角度，车子在一定的震动下水银开关不断开</font><font size="3">关，电量指示灯就会一闪一闪，电足时好几个灯一起闪，眩丽异常，一举好几得。一得防水、二得不用</font><font size="3">手按开关、三得一瞥眼就能看到电量、四得也起到后指示灯的作用。</font></p><p><font size="3">整体效果。线是随便扔上面拍照用的<br/></font></p><p>

<br/><br/><font size="3">电池用了10个4AH的镍氢，两两并联，5对再串联，对于车灯如果骑长途那么充电就要快，但充电快电流要大电源就要大那么就更重了，那可是都要背在身上啊，这是个矛盾只能找个平衡点。本想做成一体的，没找到合适的电源，为了更大程度把钱变</font><font size="3">成粮食，不再买电源就用了好几年前买的旧HP笔记本电源。充电部份发热量挺大用了个铝盒。充电器用了摩托罗拉镍氢快速充电专用集成电路，它有多种控制方式充满自停，我只用了-△V检测和</font><font size="3">定时器。充电电流1.5A左右，充满整个电池组6个小时左右。图就不贴了，没指标了，充电器笔记本电源2/3大。<br/><br/>使用时间，两灯齐开能用10小时，但是一般的道路只用一个灯就够了，反正我的目的是够用一夜，打算骑车回家的（1千多公里），不过还没打算，车太差了，骑着累。<br/></font></p>

做的好,不过40AH的电池只带2.4W的小灯有点太委屈了.有必要亮10个小时吗? 白天能看得见的时候睡觉,晚上看不见了点灯赶路??<br/><br/>上次见一个25W的铅酸电池带的灯还不错,好象是80元.<br/>

二号充电电池哪里买的？

<p>rc5: 你看错了，是4AH，我是10个两两并联，再串联，整个电池组就是6V8AH，一个灯0.4A（实测0.35左右），那么双灯齐开就能10个小时。当然不可能整夜夜骑，也没必要双灯齐开，我是按最大限度来做电池组的。长途的时候难免要也骑，比如我从南京骑到福州，难免要碰到前不着村后不着寨，而且天又黑了的情况。</p><p>WUZHUOHONG:不好意思，没说清，不是要一个晚上赶回去。看上面两行字。</p><p>pattern: 我是南京的，电池街上买的罗。</p><p>本田阿库拉：我是街上捷安特店里的禧玛诺店中店买的，不过那次是打折。这个灯我觉得够用了，夜骑时速也不超过2、3十，也就照十几米就够了，这个灯也够亮了，要不你提高点电压，提到7、8伏还是很可靠的。</p>
