[原创]V1改装成U-bin3W、锂电、二档调光

<p>今天，终于有时间把前两天已拆散的V1改装成锂电3W带二档调光功能（拆解过程在前面“关于V1”的贴子里面有介绍），用的是UX1JW的灯头，一节14500锂电.改装后使用简单，性能稳定，没有闪光接触不良的现象。具体如下；</p><p>准备好U BIN的灯头<br/><img src="attachments/dvbbs/2006-10/2006102116482686919.jpg" border="0" onload="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true; this.style.cursor=\'hand\'; this.alt=\'Click here to open new window\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out\';}" onclick="if(!this.resized) {return true;} else {window.open(\'attachments/dvbbs/2006-10/2006102116512518228.jpg\');}" onmousewheel="return imgzoom(this);" alt="" /></p><p>将小小那里购买的线路板切一个缺口，再找一小块铜片弯成Z形，作为低亮档的触片，焊在线路板上，这样，旋紧电筒头时，这片触片首先与筒身（-极）接触，经过电阻（我没合适的电阻，就用一个整流二极管和0.5欧姆的电阻串联）降流，这时低亮（电流0.2A，不够1W），如果继续旋紧灯头，筒身就与线路板的圆环线路接触，这时高亮（用一只0.5欧姆的电阻，电流0.8A,约3W）。需要注意的是：触片和电阻都不能与铜座有接触,触片也不要凸出太多,不然要拧很多圈才调光。<br/><img src="attachments/dvbbs/2006-10/2006102116524383833.jpg" border="0" onload="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true; <p>最好改成AA和锂电两用的</p>

之前我也是想过AA/锂电通用的方案，但是一想，有了锂电就基本不用AA的了，因为我主要在家里用，不太需要考虑照明时间的长短，只考虑亮度的实用性，还有就是想试验一下这种结构行不行（这是最主要的）。后来，我将V1原配的电路用来改装在买555碱性电池送的塑料电筒上，这样又多了一支很实用的筒子了。

不会太热，我之前也考虑过电阻发热的问题，后来选用1W的电阻，经过较长时间试验后没事才装进筒子。如果用电路来限流的话最好啦，稳定。但本人水平有限，只能以后慢慢学习了。[em04][em04]
