Surefire KL3----反光杯 3W

<P>收了个KL3，黑色的很漂亮，配合狼眼，也挺好的。由于2个东西的罗纹长度不完全配合，要在电池后加一导电垫子才能使用。</P>

<P>这么大的东西，居然用透镜，1W LD，光色那个蓝啊。。。。</P>

<P>换了个TXOMW进去，由于位置关系，先用原来的透镜，效果立马改善。</P>

<P>等待进一步把它变成光杯的。</P>
<P>将IMS 27MM最大直径的地方磨小，才能放到KL3底部和LED配合。然后将光杯磨短，呵呵，今天使用了自动化工具。</P>
<P>完成，但镜片要找个薄的，寻找中。。。。</P>

<P>关键要领：</P>
<P>1，无合适工具不要尝试，否则请仔细观察图片中的那个压环，这就是悲惨的下场。</P>
<P>2，卡簧钳买175的，而且是要原始状态是闭合，捏紧就张开的这种。</P>
<P>3，KL3一定要先固定好。</P>
<P>4，保护好镜片，用胶带先覆盖，以免工作时损坏。</P>
<P>5，看你运气好不好：）</P>

<P>给KL3用的IMS 27要改短和磨小最大直径。留意图片</P>

由于狼眼和KL3不是标准搭配，筒身和灯头咬合少，所以要加一个导电体在电池和尾盖之间增加长度保证接触。我用了一个自己定做的小圆电路板。[em01]
