<P  align=left>近日有筒友对我做的随身电源有兴趣,在这里我把有关情况简单说一下:<p></p></P>

<P  align=left>外壳购于电子市场,好像是用于工业控制装置,大小:120mm*78mm*28mm,内部可放4节18650锂电,价格好像是十几元的样子。<p></p></P>

<P  align=left>控制电路的选型费了不少时间,因用过美信的芯片感觉不错,所以选用了MAX1703ESE,技术文档说最高效率可达96%,输出电流最大1.5A,可设定为3.3V、5V或其它电压,实际上相关的DC-DC芯片很多,比它好的不少,但这个芯片内置的两个控制电路很好用,一个是电压比较电路、一个是线性稳压电路,电压比较电路可通过一个MOS管控制升压电路低端停止工作的电压,防止锂电过放,我设的截止电压是2.75V,线性稳压电路也通过一个MOS管控制电池的充电电压不超过4.2V,它相当一个很大的可变电阻,始终让电池端的电压小于或等于4.2V,不用担心过充,长时间充电没有任何问题,我经常是一充一天,第二天才拿下来。<p></p></P>

<P  align=left>芯片的相关资料在美信的网站上很多,可自行查找一下,它有一个评估版资料,里面有电路板图片和说明,你可以拿来改改就能用,有条件的可以免费申请一片,我是买的,价格大约三十多元/片,感觉就一个字:贵!!![em06]<p></p></P>

<P  align=left>充电电源可选5V-9V的直流源,电流大于1A即可,几百毫安的也可以用,只不过充电时间长点。我用的是5V2A的超小型开关电源。<p></p></P>

<P  align=left>锂电池选用的是LG的18650 2200mAh,4节并联,每节都有一片保护电路,总容量8800mAh,若按平均92%的效率换算成5V电压输出,则容量约为6000mAh(30Wh)。<p></p></P>

<P  align=left>当时做这个随身电源主要是给PDA充电用,后来做了根线给手机充电用,再后来做了个LED照明灯给它供电用,再再后来﹍﹍筒友们替我想想,好像它的用途不止这些,可不可以用4.8V的氪气灯泡做一个灯头,用这个电源供电,好像能连续用8、9个小时呢!![em02]<p></p></P>
