我这个100mW的，里面一定是恒流电路。我测量了不同电压下的电流2.3V以上电流基本恒定，尤其是电压>2.4V时。另外有个2秒左右的点亮延时（头2秒不太亮）。
美国的那个人也搞团购，开始第一批弄了4个，后来又张罗第2批11个的时候，FBI找上了他，他马上就取消了定单，正是因为大功率绿色激光对飞行员影响的问题。

我把我的激光管光烧暗了,不小心加到600毫安,沉痛默哀30秒........我打开原有5v电路再仔细看,觉得高功率532固体激光电路要做好不是简单的事,应该有恒流,温控晶体,可能是温控电流,防浪涌,开机电流延时上升.这些都不能少,做的好的人家一定在这没个方面都有合理的解决方案和设计,谁做的合理,东西就好,本质的东西和原理一样是不改变的,几百块买来的教训,呵呵.lymax,你长春3700的货看来因该不是简单的,那个电阻贴的电话有效吗,我有些想买一个,你能给我个方便的联系方式吗.檀总工程师的.呵呵.最好能问问点问题的.也想考虑直接买200毫瓦的,电路用产品本身的,那是没问题的只管5v输入,用四节18650硬上,阿诺德死也性格的风格了,不管体积了.不过这样看应该是某钟武器了吓..汗...如果价格合适的话.[em19].咳,踩着我尸体过吧,我还是要去做.不死心....[em19][em09]

200毫瓦的如果价格合理别忘了通知我一声，我不很在乎体积。不超过美光4D电筒的大小就没问题。

晚上能明显看见光柱，这个最好是绿色的。绿色5mW就可以在暗处看到光柱，10mW比较明显，20mW的就比较亮了，在大晴天空气良好的晚间光柱也明显，45mW的就给人不一般的惊奇的感觉了，而100mW的就有些类似光刀的感觉了。红色的光柱不明显，不仅功率小，更主要的是人眼对红色不明显、红色穿透力强、红色激光不集中（直径比较大）。除非很大的功率并且另加会聚才能看到光柱。至于红外的就根本看不到了光柱了。

可以在纸上烧个小洞洞，这个绿色的要100mW，而且是薄黑纸，并且还需要另外聚焦。要想不聚焦直接烧洞，100mW的可以对黑色塑料袋子还可以，1m之内。

100mW实在太危险了...45的我都怕哪天给个小孩碰到......OMG...

 Guys, I would strongly recommend against trying to import these into the US right now. I spent an hour on the phone this morning with a Special Agent from the FBI, and that\'s why I cancelled the orders. Just forget about these lasers. Trust me on this. It\'s not worth having a search warrant served and your house raided by a bunch of agents with guns.

When shipping to the US, CNI most certainly DOES indicate on the outside of the shipping box that there are lasers inside. There is no way to get these into the US without being put on a list and receiving a call from the FBI.

Too many people are lighting up airplanes with lasers, and if you import one (or more) of these, the authorities are going to assume that you intend to do the same thing. The whole situation is really bad right now. Idiots with lasers, media hype, ignorance, confusion, and a bunch of FBI agents who are under pressure to do something about it all. If you don\'t want to be made an example of, then just forget about owning a PGL-III laser and use the money for something else right now.

That\'s my advice. LISTEN TO IT. You can\'t say you weren\'t warned.

的确，奉劝大家用激光指示器的、激光笔的、尤其是大功率激光的，千万别对人，更不要对飞机照射！有潜在危险！别因为个别好奇的行动毁坏了激光爱好者的名声。

区别还是很明显的。这个100mW的，实际功率大于100mW（最高峰值110mW，当然要在20度左右的场合下，温度高了输出下降），而45mW的大约为42mW。

我是来自光电论坛里的，对激光器知道一二。我手里就有532NM的激光器。当然我以后要做大功率的激光器，我以后会经常到这里来游玩。我在长春光机所见过40毫瓦的激光器，确实很厉害！！[em01][em01]

电阻能否说说，做大功率的532的困难在哪里？为什么即便是5mW的绿色激光笔，离散性那么大？光输出很不稳定？

我去看了下光电论坛。都是做这行的，不象我们呵呵，生意的贴也多。lymax你的开机2秒的电流是会变小，是因为固体激光器要防止浪涌电流冲击LD,光输出很不稳定是固体激光器LD晶体的特性，和温度相关，要做的好只有在激光器的LD晶体固定座（还有导热导电胶的问题）外直接有半导体制冷制热双路温控。不然没有稳定的输出。但便携设备用半导体制冷的功率太大。所以不用没法有稳定的高输出。要是有的可能也是拿高功率的晶体降低来用，加升压恒流电路，但成本就不合算。长春光电所还是有实力的，太远我是没法去看看。但晶体好的都是进口的，国内的不行。激光的离散应该和镜片质量组合，腔长，晶体温控散热和晶体质量以及电路设计各种有关，相干公司的贵价产品10w的532也能做0.5的发散角不是。当然这也是和腔长有关些。但根本还是是否在光学透镜组上省钱和底座机械加工精度工艺水平和设计的问题。呵呵，好象白话些就是这样。[em01][em07]不懂的是光源YAG晶体发1064波长的还是倍频晶体转换的，那一个对温度要求和敏感。似乎是倍频晶体？看前面老外拍的拆机图。500usd你一样的那个。[em10][em01]
