云南网通，访问正常
首选DNS用的是云南电信的，备用DNS用的云南网通

据我分析，问题可能出在DNS上。是不是最近论坛主机IP地址变化了，有些DNS服务器没有及时同步更新？

用Google提供的DNS，无法解析www.shoudian.org域名，从而造成无法访问。换用国内的DNS，就可以正常解析，ping www.shoudian.org响应速度正常。

### 使用Google DNS 8.8.8.8 情况如下

C:\Users\用户名>ping www.shoudian.org
Ping 请求找不到主机 www.shoudian.org。请检查该名称，然后重试。

C:\Users\用户名>nslookup www.shoudian.org

星期六、星期天的时候用电脑完全无法访问，PING值问题不大，手机是用UC浏览器，是通过UC中转的可以访问，估计还是电信的出口有了问题
