<P>VG FB1个头娇小，带按钮开关，HAIII电镀，镀层比旧版本的FB1A进步不少。能使用一节123或16340，能配合KL1，KL4，E1E以及VG自己生产的灯头使用，通用性好。但由于（据说）专利的问题，在其尾部不能使用弹簧结构，很多时候回反映出接触不良的问题，就经验说2句：）</P>
<P>1，使用要点，看那2个尾部的触点，因为KL1和E1E与FB1结合后的内部空间有差异。在变换灯头时，稍微调整一下触点的高度即可。一般是E1E需要触点位置高些，KL1需要压低一点触点。

<P>2，安装次序，应该想将灯头和筒身连接好，放入电池，再将尾盖拧上，拧尾盖是先把开关打开。当尾盖到达有效位置后灯头亮，如果此时已经旋紧，那就OK，开始使用，当然要把开关关了：）如果此时位置很虚，那就要调节尾盖的触片，将触片压低；如果尾盖拧紧了依然不亮，就要将触片调高。</P>

<P>3，经过调节后，就可以正常使用了，换电池从灯头换，不要开尾盖，就不必每次都调整。</P>
<P>4，如果换灯头，如上述步骤再做一次即可：）</P>

其实就是换上弹簧，并在电路板侧面涂锡。只不过我重新做了一个而已:-)

<P>我先开始也是这么做的，但拧上后接触不良。
<P>拆开尾部后发现其完全靠开关电路板正面边缘的一圈锡与外壳接触，如果来自电池及弹簧的压力过大的话就会将电路板推离接触面，所以还要在侧面改善接触才可靠。
<P>不过从论坛上兄弟的反映来看，有些只加弹簧就可搞定，但有的就要同时改进侧面。</P>

<P>效果是一样的，加到开关电路板上的压力过大就可能产生我说的那个问题，老兄把那个开关组件拆下来就会明白的。
<P>另外，直接用弹簧的好处是行程大，能通吃16340和CR123A，我的那个每次换电池型号都要调整簧片，现在就不用了。</P>

呵呵,我以前那个FB1,改了弹簧后要把尾部的开关削掉1mm才不会导致开关压力过大.
